Policies & Guidelines

A few simple policies to help create a respectful, timely, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Appointments/Scheduling

  • All appointments are booked online. If you’re unsure which service to choose, please use the consultation form before booking.

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

  • If you are running late, reach out as soon as possible. Arrivals 10+ minutes late may require modifications to your service or rescheduling.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

Color Expectations

  • Every head of hair is unique. While I strive to achieve your desired look, certain transformations may require multiple sessions.

  • I do not guarantee results if your hair has been previously colored at home or by another stylist, as this may affect outcomes.

Service Adjustments

  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact me within 7 days.

  • Service adjustments are complimentary, but refunds are not offered.

Consultations

  • New clients requesting color services must complete a consultation form before booking.

  • This helps me ensure accurate timing, pricing, and expectations for your appointment.

Pricing

  • Prices vary by length, density, and time required.

  • Final pricing will be confirmed during your appointment consultation.
